This is a 1000 watt inverter with a max SURGE load of 2000. It can not take a 2000w load continuesly. works good at 1000 By Scup Boy The product is mis-represented it is a 1000 watt inverter with a SURGE rating of 2000w. You can not run it at 2000w full time. Should be listed as 1000w inverter. Makes it seem like a really good deal when it just average. The Pyle sight picture for the model is different too.

crappy sales tactics By Mine This is not a plug-in inverter. It requires hard-wiring. It is not 2000 Watts. It is 1000. It is not modified sine wave but modified square wave. To be fair, almost all Chinese units are sold with the same misrepresentations to make them look like a good deal. I wish I could click zero stars.
